Now that you have your plate of scones in front of you, you might want to know what happens next.

Lots of my tour guests are keen to know about the correct way to split, prep and eat scones. When we are out touring and exploring the Cotswolds we stop for a pot of tea and a scone, which is call a Cream Tea.

There is no 'correct way' to enjoy them of course,
